Purpose
The Guidelines concerning Behaviour in Business contain
a number of basics with respect to a fair business policy
and a correct behaviour towards customers, suppliers,
competitors, employees, authorities and the public in
general. They serve as an assistance of a company's
staff in its daily business activities.
By adopting the Guidelines concerning Behaviour in
Business, the managing directors meet the obligation
to teach a behaviour in business that considers international
legal standards.
