Tailor-made Programs
The examples used within the Antitrust Compliance Program
and within the Behaviour in Business Program are not
standardized, but meet the particular interests of the
individual company. The product ranges and the markets
involved are considered by working out the programs.
Therefore, an early co-ordination of the topics with
the responsible persons within the company (Legal Department,
Compliance Manager etc.) is necessary.
The different modules of the Antitrust Compliance Program
and the Behaviour in Business Program can be used independently
but may be combined individually at any time. The choosing
of the different modules is made by considering the
status of the steps that have already been taken by
a company within this field.
The training courses may be directed to the involved
employees directly, or - as a "train the trainer"-program
- to the members of the law department or compliance
management.
