The managing director of CB Consulta AG, Prof. Dr. iur. Franz Boeni, lic.oec., studied economics and law at the University of St. Gallen. In 1979 he graduated as lic.oec., 1982 he promoted as doctor of laws at the University of Constance. The studies were followed by an on the job training at the German antitrust authorities in Berlin. Afterwards, he worked for Hoffmann La Roche Ltd. in Basel as legal counsel.
Beside the task as managing director of CB Consulta AG, Prof. Dr. Franz Boeni today is Chairman of the Colloquium International Competition and Business Law, lecturer in EC competition law at the University of Constance, judge at the commercial court of the canton St. Gallen/Switzerland as well as arbitrator SGSO in the fields of general contract law, distribution agreements and competition law.
